10 Year Limited Warranty

1. The manufacture warrants that products sold will be free from defective material and workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase. Grady County Carriers will, at its option repair or replace any part or parts found to be defective in material or workmanship. The manufacture shall not be obligated to refund, repair, or replace equipment that has been repaired by others, abused, altered or misused in any way. We further state that we shall not be held liable for any losses due to the neglectful operation or misuse on the part of the purchaser, nor are we responsible for damage caused by inadequate hitch receiver. ALL of Grady County Carriers sales are all final. Neither the company or its employees will be responsible for shipping cost to or from the factory.

Grady Count Carriers is liable for the cost of product sold only.

Note: Paint finish will scratch and chip over a period of time due to normal use and therefore is not covered under warranty.

Caution: Lights, wiring, bottle jacks, as well as tie-downs carry no warranty since we the manufacturer do not make these products. We will help in replacement at our discretion. Customer pays all shipping cost incurred for any and all warranty work.

•Never exceed hitch manufacturers tongue weight rating
•Never exceed automobile load limit rating
•Use only high quality rachet style tie-downs
•Inspect tie-downs every 50 to 100 miles after the first 5 miles to ensure load has not shifted.
·Inspect tie-downs for fray and wear prior to use. If present do not use said tie-downs
•ALWAYS secure loose/excess ends of the tie-downs before your automobile is in motion.
• DO NOT haul anything other than what your said carrier is designed for.
